How does booking work without a salesperson?
Every package has a published itinerary and transparent pricing. You review everything online and reserve your trip directly — no quote requests and no sales calls required to get started.
Do you offer both private packages and group trips?
Yes — we welcome solo travelers, couples, and groups of friends! You can book a private package for just your crew, or join one of our fixed-date group trips to travel with like-minded people. On group trips, solo travelers are paired with fellow travelers from the same batch to avoid any solo-supplement markup.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Your trip is reserved with an online deposit through a secure payment gateway. The balance is collected as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
What if my destination isn't live yet?
Destinations marked "On-request" or "Coming Soon" can be requested directly — tap "Notify Me" or "Request This Trip" and we'll reach out as soon as a package is available.
What's the cancellation & refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are shared in full at checkout before you pay your deposit, so there are no surprises — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to see them ahead of booking.
