Essential Guidelines
• Pickups will be arranged at a common scheduled time.
• Local transfers in Gili (by cidomos or bicycles) are to be managed on your own.
• On day 3 and day 5 guests are required to pay a harbour fee of idr 20,000 per person directly at the harbour.
• The age limit of our group departures is 18 to 38 years due to the power-packed itineraries that we provide for our travellers. We can customise trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
Required Documents Are:
• Passport– 6 months validity (because future-you is suspicious).
• Visa– On arrival(no VIP treatment, though)/ Or E-Visa.
• Return Ticket– Proof you're not moving in.
• PAN Card– Even on vacation, taxes haunt you.
Note: In some countries, hotels may require a credit card or forex card for the security deposit during check-in. If you don't already have one, we highly recommend applying for it in advance to avoid any hassle during your trip.
• Respect fellow travellers and trip leader. Those who fail to abide by this will be asked to leave the trip without a refund.
• Participation in activities at the travellers risk. A prior disclosure of medical condition would be compulsory.
• Consumption of alcohol at the risk of the traveller. *TRIP LEADER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.
• Traveller to incur the costs of any damage caused to public property or in any of the hotels.
• If any one is not on time for the activities and tours mentioned, the trip leader will not be responsible.
• Property Details: Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability. If a change is required, the alternate property will be of a similar category, vibe, and standard.
• Itinerary Flow: The order of days or activities may shift due to weather or operational factors. Don't worry — all inclusions will still be covered during the trip.
• Club Access: Entry fees for nightclubs and day clubs are not included unless clearly mentioned under inclusions.
• Ubud Stays: Hotel rooms in Ubud may be compact, but they've been selected for their comfort, character, and for its location.
• Airport Transfers: Group transfers will run on fixed pick-up and drop-off timings. Guests arriving or departing outside these windows will need to arrange their own transfers.
• Flights (₹40-60k)– Teleportation isn't real (yet).
• Visa (₹3500)– The entry fee to fun.
• Meals (₹11k)– Unless free hotel candies count.
• Extras– Shopping, drinks & scuba—because memories aren't always free!
• Independent Facilitator: Zeparture acts solely as a booking facilitator matching guests with independent third-party vendors (hotels, transport, local guides, DMCs). We do not directly own or control these operators.
• Zero Liability Clause: Zeparture, its captains, partners, and representatives are not liable for any injury, accident, illness, theft, death, loss of luggage, delay, or property damage under any circumstances before, during, or after the trip.
• Force Majeure & Schedule Flow: We bear no liability for cancellations, delays, or itinerary alterations caused by weather anomalies, natural disasters, flight delays, strikes, or government policy shifts. No refunds will be processed for force majeure incidents.
• Assumption of Risk: Engaging in tour activities (ATV rides, open-sea snorkeling, mountain trekking) is entirely voluntary. Travelers assume all associated risks and are advised to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance.
• Deposit Terms: The ₹5,000 seat booking deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind, subject to our standard Cancellation & Refund Policy.
